Pelvic Health & Wellness

Pelvic health challenges can make many forms. Your pelvic floor is integral to all of them. Gaining a better understanding of your anatomy and connecting the dots of your unique story to what you are experiencing in your body is empowering and validating. Women's Pelvic Health Evaluation

1.5 hrs/$250

 In this comprehensive  therapy evaluation we can address issues of menopause, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder issues, prolapse and other women's health conditions.  We will discuss your history, symptoms and goals in depth to gain understanding of what's happening in your body, and set up a treatment plan that meets your needs.  Pelvic health evaluations may include an internal examination.  

Women's Pelvic Health Visit

1 hr/$145

We will continue where we left off in your evaluation or previous session, and continue your treatment to address your menopause or other women's health symptoms, and meet your goals.  Bookable only after initial eval has been completed.   Inquire about discount visit packages!


Virtual Pelvic Health Visit

1 hr/$145

Telehealth sessions are great for times when it is not possible for you to meet in person.   I can help you virtually to learn new strategies and  therapeutic exercises  to manage your symptoms and help you meet your goals.  Once you book, I will be in touch regarding the telehealth process.


Wellness & Fitness Coaching

At any stage of life we may encounter wellness and fitness challenges-from weight gain or weakness at menopause, to decreased bone density, balance, difficulty sleeping, pain or musculoskeletal issues. Together we will identify your priorities and address them systematically to achieve your goals and improve your wellbeing. Click on images to book services.

Initial Well-fit Consult

1.5 hrs/$250

In this initial well-fit session we will clarify your personal wellness vision and discuss any health concerns you may have-from core strength, bone and muscle health, sleep, or stiffness to weight loss and over all life balance.  We will assess your strength, flexibility and other health metrics. We will identify unique steps that you can take toward reaching your wellness and fitness goals. Each session builds on the last.  Bookable as a stand alone service or as a compliment to pelvic health.





Follow up Well-fit Visit

1 hr/$145


An hour long session where we continue to work toward your wellness and fitness goals, identifying and refining personalized strategies and monitoring progress. Bookable after intial wellness consult.  Stand alone service or as a compliment to pelvic health. Inquire about discount visit packages!

  • MAVEN is offered several times a year. We share thoughts, questions, ideas  about menopause and the changes and challenges that our bodies, hearts and minds are experiencing at this pivotal point in our lives.  Looking at midlife through a biopsychosocial lens we discuss different topics, gain new understandings & learn new self care strategies. ROSEHIPS: a midlife movement class

This class was created with the midlife woman in mind, but is open to ALL women-any shape, size, age or fitness level and will incorporate low impact movement from traditions such as yoga, qi gong, hula, and modern dance.  We will move our hips  and use our cores in a gentle yet invigorating way that will help us claim our bodies, lubricate our joints and strengthen our muscles and bones.
