Payment and fees
I keep my fees reasonable and straight forward. You will be charged a flat rate for your services so that you always know what to expect, and you will be eligible for discount packages as offered. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards. A card on file is required to book services. See scheduling for current pricing.
To keep my fees reasonable I do not bill insurance for my services, but I am happy to provide you with a super bill if you would like to submit it to your insurance company to apply toward your out of network deductible. You will need to check with your insurance company about your benefits for reimbursement of out of network services.

Cancellation and no-show policy
I understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know as soon as you can. I require no less than 24 hours notice if you must cancel your appointment. Please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up for a scheduled session, you will be charged the full cost of your session.
Late policy
I understand that sometimes you are running behind. If this happens please let me know. Unfortunately, additional time can not be allotted for your session as I have other clients scheduled as well. Please note that you will be charged the full price of your session regardless of when you arrive.
