Empowering Women's Health

 Flourish was born out of my own health journey and those of countless female clients, friends, and family members.  We all struggled to find the help we needed for women's health issues rooted in our unique feminine physiology-from the effects of child birth and surgeries to hormonal challenges that we faced.  Frustrated with this all to common scenario, I became determined to see it change.   At Flourish, I am committed to helping women in Boise thrive from menses to menopause.  I have a special interest in helping women who are living with hormonal challenges such as PCOS, PMS, Dysmenorrhea, Endometriosis, and Adenomyosis-as well as those navigating peri and post menopause, experiencing persistent pain or fatigue, or bowel and bladder challenges.

  It is my vision to support women to become more fully themselves as they navigate the unique challenges and embrace the deep gifts of being a woman in this world.
